How to Appreciate your Body and Love Yourself - ehow.com
Ability to love self is one of most important life skills. Covering our bodies with fancy closes can help us to hide it from others. But it will not hide it from ourselves. If you do not like your body (and soul) the way you are right NOW - you never will be happy. I learned that loving my body just the way it is is a very pleasant feeling. And hey, now that I love it I find it much easier to do all that I need in order to take good care if it: eat properly, exercise, meditate.
