Video: Montaigne on Self-Esteem - Philosophy Guide to Happiness
This video looks at the problem of self-esteem from the perspective of Michel de Montaigne (16th Century), the French philosopher who singled out three main reasons for feeling bad about oneself - sexual inadequecy, failure to live up to social norms, and intellectual inferiority - and then offered practical solutions for overcoming them.

Montaigne saw a world in a very simpe way. Happiness is here within us and it's esier to be healthy when you are happy. He found his truth and shared with others. Very interesting film. Absolutly worth watching in my opinion.
