One thing it doesn’t show is this: how 200 calories of water look like? Water doesn’t have calories, so we can drink as much as we want without getting fat.

That’s fantastic. It’s contra intuitive. Look at the last picture (canola oil) and at the first pictures of veggies. Just adding one spoon of oil we double calories. I hear about it. But to see it is just a whole different thing.
