The Wellness System
Wellness is a word that is used a lot these days. So much so, that is means
different things to different people. Some say it’s an absence of disease and
disability. Others say it is a peaceful state of mind. Still others equate it to
life of luxury with fitness and spas.
A more inclusive, modern definition of wellness: an optimal life of a
person, achieved by balancing the ten areas of one's life shown here. In this wellness is unique to each individual and it implies a conscious way of life.

Basically there are two parts of WellnessAid health system: Ten Folders of Wellness and Five Steps to Wellness.
Ten Folders of Wellness
The most important factors that impact your wellness are pictured across this website. Click on each of them to learn how they effect your life. When you will become familiar with them, balance the folders using Five Steps to Wellness to fill your life with joy, success and happiness.
Five Steps to Wellness
1. Assess your life. Pick one or two wellness folders that you feel needs some of your attention right now. Use both, your intuition and logic for this.
2. Review all available resources that you can use to improve your siyuation. For some ideas you can check topics in our WellnessAid Online Magazine.
3. Make a plan you will stick with. Identify potential difficulties and resources that will support you.
4. Act to implement solutions.
5. Reassess and learn from you progress. Repeat from step one.
